[Need] $22 Paypal loan...

I need about $22 to get my Paypal verified so I can put something on eBay to sell for $300.

I can pay it back in about 1 week since it takes 3 days to verify the Paypal and I have to put a 3 day auction on the item (I don't have any feedback, so I can't use the "Buy it Now" option). So on the 6th or 7th day you can be paid back $30 or so.
