necessary quests?

i just started a new pure, going for 40 attack 1 def 43 prayer.

i am currently 21/15/1 with 35 prayer

but i'm maged based with 49 mage, so i own my level pvp.


What quests would you say are necessary, and should get out of the way asap, especially if they give attack/prayer xp.

when i say necessary, i mean, like priest in peril gets me to canifis/phas, and the quest that lets me use the fairy rings. stuff like that.

for instance, waterfall is necessary for DT so i should do it asap, to get my attack up a bit, but keep it under 40.


tl;dr

can i have a list of necessary quests that give zero def xp, up to 35k attack xp, up to 28k prayer xp.

vampire slayer, lost city etc. what i'd do is, just go on the runescape knowledge base and look up quests experience wise. It will tell you all the skill exp related quests.

 

death plateau, tree gnome village, the grand tree, waterfall, fight arena, vampire slayer, horror from the deep, RFD up to mith gloves.

thats about it.
most of these up here gives att exp, and would get you to like 45 or so, so choose not dong maybe tree gnome village and fight arena. look on www.tip.it/runescape, and calculate how much exp you get from all quests, and what would suit you better.

for other quests, you also would need priest in peril, all sub-quest's for DT.
