How much xp/h and gp/h do you make while nat running with a gharrak pounch at 47 runecrafting? Also is there a faster way to get xp?

It's not much at that level, for the fastest I believe fire runes with dueling rings are good experience until you get to a higher level, in which you can craft nats that make the profit worth while.

What's the gp/h for nats at that level?
ive been doing deaths since i could and am level 91 rcing now making 350k an hour and about 18.5k xp an hour
quest was annoying though
if youre looking for xp do ZMI
if your looking for profit do deaths/bloods
natures dont make you any money till your 91, and even then the profit isnt much considering the time it takes to reach there. xp/hr isnt much better than deaths either

It's more like 15-20k/exp hour, profit would be about 50-100k depending on Ess/nature ratio.

This, you only really make money at 2x nats (level 91.)

That video inspired me to try to get close to 31k exp/hour at level 80 but I managed only 28k exp/hour for 3-4 hours.
31k exp/hour is possible although average exp/hour with that method would be ~25k exp/hour
