Good old rsbots.net auto gilded altar pro with dragon bones. 1-95 runs about 175m with all costs factored in.

You should have used frosts!!! That's 1m exp per hour with pack yack (but you don't have that). When I used them (without a familiar), I got like 700k exp per hour? Maybe 500k? But end result is that you fly through the levels. I only got to 86 and then stopped (due to trying to buy a red phat), I really should have gone higher.

I'm sure you could have afforded it
