Name that Anime

Hello,

I'm really desperate to find this anime I forgot about. It's an orange haired boy (Not Bleach) who's very strong. He's in a park and there are 100 guys who want to beat him up. He says something along the lines of (You see 100, I only see 4, because only 4 can fight me at any given time).

GUYS I REMEMBERED. I don't know if you guys remember the show but it's called "Grappler Baki" he does have orange hair too
