Name Sales Section

Dear community/mods,

I'd like to suggest a change on the name sales section of sythe. As we can all see, a lot of newcomers are flooding in with hopes of selling names they just got on release without reading the pinned topics.

My suggestion:

A "read and accept" page before allowing newcomers to post in said section. Therefore, they're forced to read through the rules/how to tell your name is rare topic/pinned posts etc before making a post that most may deem as spam. As well as a warning such as "Unable to follow these rules may result in a warning/suspension" so they actually READ it.

Id expect a "read and accept message" to be read as often of a terms of service.
