This thread should be looked at and updated as I did see a couple of names being resold over and over that were sniped or recovered with OP getting banned later. Most get banned in time, but some take a while and buy the names before it is too late do to it being hard to have proof on some cases.

Bong - Currently owned by a mass evader/recoverer. Made dozens of appeals but no luck getting it back.
Flame - Sniped and sold to a known scammer team from Sythe. (This was like sometime of 2011 but I got the info mid last year so be careful buying this name.)

Cc - Owned by scammer
