I don't know him at all, but a friend really likes that name and was able to contact him in-game once, and he seemed pretty set on not selling it at all. I don't know if anything's changed, but that's the last I knew (was like 2 months ago).

Yes it is, serial scammer Ryan was the last one to own it before it got banned. Please provide proof otherwise.

It's actually banned. Ryan got it banned, it's not a recovered name or something that got deleted. The account itself is banned with the name on it.

Edit: This was back in the day when this happened. The account is stuck with the name now.

I've no reason not to believe them regarding this name. Josh knows his stuff. The account doesn't pop up on either of the Hiscores. It's very unlikely that Ryan transferred the name to a fresh account right before his main got banned and put his RM profile on private while not touching the account for more than half a year... Judging from all the information above, Panda is indeed on a permbanned account for Macroing. If somebody knows more feel free to enlighten me.
