Some people know names are banned because they have ties with them.

Also through out february jagex 'cleared' names meaning you could add them to your ignore list, if the name went to something random like [#47djhh9d] they then knew it was going to be released.

Okay thank you for the reply, so am i correct in saying if you didn't add the name in February (So it went to #454grjdgd), it would no longer let you add them now? Giving the message - Player Unknown ? (Same way works as, if it gives you this message the account may be banned) ?
