@Joshuaag1234 what do you actually mean when you classify a name as 'hoarded'? As in, someone's just taken it on a level 3?

Hoarded can mean a few things but generally I take it as the name is on a fresh account that is inactive but owned by an active player who didn't specify whether the name is in fact for sale or not. There are very thin lines between unknown, hoarded, etc. It's really at the discretion of who makes the post as to how they would best describe the state.

I apologize for any confusion, I'm classifying "Hoarded" as an account that is level 3 with no stats trained on RS3/07 and no recent activity.

@Joshuaag1234 You replied and said some of the names are hoarded when I was looking for other names. What does that mean

Sorry I'm new to this what does that mean? I owned this name about 2 years ago and changed it before quitting, hoping that a seller owns it so I can buy it back.
