It's actually banned. Ryan got it banned, it's not a recovered name or something that got deleted. The account itself is banned with the name on it.

Edit: This was back in the day when this happened. The account is stuck with the name now.

Should of been more clear then to begin with @Joshuaag1234, However it could possibly be recoverd if not a perm ban for macroing and the name can still be released if you have all the correct info.

even then they usually dont release banned names as they could be used to manipulate the community e.g Fishy/Starrychelx and high profile bans etc.
