Purple was sniped, pink-nfssss, orange is nfs and bound, white is nfs and bound, blue was sniped and nobody knows who has it hasn't been seen in years, red last I knew was a scammer, yellow is unknowen has been for many years, green is banned, Cat is banned, Dog is banned, Panada is banned, lion- ricky, Zebra- brian nfs, pluto is owned @actThor on twitter, moon is owned by @rsn_moon on twitter, Jupiter is owned by a sythe member, Saturn is owned by @SaturnRS on twitter, Uranus was sniped by ryan do not trust. That's all I know off my head there might be some more I am forgetting.

To answer this, names are associated with people. The rule of "innocent until proven guilty" was extended to this sticky, so that you cannot accuse a name/person of scamming without adequate proof. If a user is selling a stolen/sniped name, please report them in the Report a Scammer section with proof.

 

Well we should at least be allowed to give warnings to people towards certain names considering it's not exactly easy to pinpoint/prove who sniped a name. A name can be sniped/scammed and potentially be sold to someone unaware of that. If that person actually got the name and decided to sell at some point they'd basically be the one labeled as a scammer - in which case it wouldn't exactly be easy for that person to prove against it. It'd be a bigger deal if someone actually posted a thread selling the name and then someone labeled the name/seller as being scammed/sniped, not so much in the name request thread imo.

 

The concept of "innocent until proven guilty" was overridden for some time on this thread. By labeling a name as a scammer or as sniped/stolen property, that does not follow Sythe policy. As such, the rule has been extended to this thread. If you disagree with this change, you may speak to Superman regarding this.
