Edit options without setting Recovery Phrase

When i tried to edit settings at
http://www.sythe.org/profile.php?do=editoptions

I got an error:
A required field called Recovery Phrase is missing or has an invalid value.

Please make it possible to edit options without setting a Recovery Phrase.
