You're in a "rare" pc thread not a sale thread. They are giving you a pc of it's price as a "rare name"

Its a price check thread for any name, if he thinks its 0 then that's all he has to say, but he insists on saying more to me because its me, he targets me on purpose aswell as Xprod, he likes every post that's against me. Im not targeting you. I like posts that I agree with and bitsy is, not rare, not appealable to people, and most likely just a name you found lying around.

Last time you pmed all the ppl who pced your names at 0 and cursed them with your paragraphs. Keep the arguements on the pms.

Absolutely 100% of PCer's on this market PC names as RARE NAMES, it has 0 rarity.
You are asking about some terrible and uncommon term that no one ever, ever says or uses anywhere.
It has no relevance to anything, literally anything. No one has ever said "aw look it's so bitsy", unless full-autism-engaged.
