If it was a random three letter/character name I'd say it's worthless but it's three digits. I think $100 is much too generous of an appraisal, however. I'd personally say 75-100m rs3 aka $15-20. But of course as the OP states:

I'll agree with bone sack that 3 digits > 3 random char. But I don't find "110" to be a significant number of value. There are a thousand of those names out there and while a few are sought after, I wouldn't throw much money down on "110". It has no real meaning in game or irl that makes it more valuable than "010".

You can try again with "$100" - maybe 100 pesos.
