Varrock/Catherby would go for extremely more than Ape Atoll. Simply being a location on Runescape doesn't make them equivalent (although a lot of people on Sythe seem to think so lol)

PC wise (this is just a guesstimate)

Varrock - easily 1b+ rs3
Catherby - 500-750 rs3 (?)
Ape Atoll - 200 rs3 (?)

put a (?) near ones I'd like someone else to price check as well because frankly I'm just guessing. I just know Varrock would shit on the rest.
