    Like you said it's actually spelled "Jonin", the reason why people might know of "Jounin" is because of a few not-so-good fan subs.

    叙任 is literally translated as "Jonin" and means "High Ninja". I'm sure you could probably get away with selling Jounin to somebody for a small amount.

    If a name is 'bound' that means it's locked to the current account the name is on. Jagex sometimes do it on request if an account is subject to a lot of attention, for example Zezima's name is bound I think.

    You can get names unbound by ticketing Jagex support but from what I understand it's a difficult process.

    If you mean on the login screen, you type Chill as your username, then they're relatively worthless because you can't really see them in game, but I think they could maybe sell for 20m 07 as a novelty. Not much of a market for them though :/

    Those prices don't have og login name factored into them as I personally wouldn't care because I'd end up moving the names. I'm sure others would value that higher than me which would obviously increase those pc's.
