Hawaiian is an uncommon language. A general rule of thumb: when you say a word and have to describe what it is/what it means, it's generally worth little to nothing.

 

You can debate all you want but it comes down to desirability. Most people don't speak Hawaiian so they wouldn't understand the name therefore they most likely will not buy it. You are free to sell a name for whatever you feel it's worth. You can try to sell "Polu" for 300m but the truth is 99% people wouldn't buy it at all, let alone at that price. You are free to seek out Hawaiian RS players and sell it to them, but gl with that.
