I would understand that, however this is the name from a popular anime, and the anime character is actually a pirate. I would have considered this somewhat rare to a specific group of people. Is this not taken into account out of curiosity?

Yeah but it’s still 2 words squished into one, people would want “luffy” but it’s not rare when 2 words are in one as there are still tons available
