Irl names are subjective af tbh. Gert is worthless to me but if you can find someone with that name/alias then 30-40m wouldn’t be ridiculous to expect.

Dexter ~ 50m, couple of TV shows that it’s related to and catchy.
Suits ~ 10m if someone is a big fan. Despite it being a TV show it’s not really what someone would want as an alias and it’s also plural.
Riverdale ~ 0 honestly.

2 letters are always nice and luckily have a base price. Aside from that it’s just completely random, but many people have a fetish for short names no matter what, particularly 2chars/letters and so you’re looking at anywhere within a massive 50-200m range if you wait around.

Well then I guess whoever bought it must have really wanted it, or was very misinformed.
Obviously this is my personal opinion, but I seriously don't see any reason for that word/name to have any value as a rsn, let alone 300M osrs.
Feel free to get a 2nd opinion, would be interesting to see what other name traders here think.
