    Has anyone managed to actually get a good name through the rs website? It's so impossible with the website going down immediately after names are released. Rs3 players have such a huge advantage being able to change name ingame it's unreal how jagex doesn't do anything about it

    There's no list this time around, but I believe if you're able to add a name to your friends list it's not considered inactive and won't be released.
