    The login one cant be changed but your ingame one can be through account settings->Change character name.

    Your name doesnt change if you play RS3 or 07.

    Yes you can it just has to be a member's account. Jagex is more likely to remove them off your account if it's a fresh account though.

    They'll all become available to once at some point in that time frame

    So if the name "Body" hasn't happened to log in two years, it will be available when they release?

    Does anyone know how you can ever check for how long an account has been unactive? And if banned names get released aswell? I've been making lists for the past 3 days but I haven't been able to get a single name. I checked names like 'cage' who is in rs3 hiscores with 67 total level I can't imagine that account has been played on in the last 2 years. And 'Bang' with 55 total level.

    The names being released have already been removed from the accounts so you wouldn't be able to hiscore them. As for banned names, they said as long as the ban wasn't for something major which I'm presuming most are.
