Name Change Error...

When I go to the page I get this message.

Opera was not able to connect to the server. The server may be using the unsupported SSL 2 protocol, which is not considered safe enough for secure communication. The site owner should upgrade to TLS 1.0 or newer.

What can I do to fix this, I have tried refreshing for about 1 hour, nothing has happened what did you do?

 

Just be patient, and keep refreshing.

One thing I did was spam f5 (It refreshs the page, don't worry.) and then wait a few seconds, and then refresh with your mouse. It worked a few times that way.

The servers displayname.runescape is being hosted on is just lagging from all the traffic.

 

Too much traffic. It says it in the actual update on runescape.com that you're more than likely going to have problems accessing the page. Why was this topic necessary?
