Hello,

I think i have been banned unfairly and i'm requestion unban.

First of all, reason for ban: Ban Evade/Scamming.

1) Why did i get banned for Ban Evade , if Dave said there is not enough proof?

to make things clear, randoms is not my account.

2) Scamming. What is wrong with these people. First of all, guy who bought from me was from MPGH forum. I guess, i should be judged there and not here. (i don't have to be judged at all, because i didn't scam lol)

Second, guy made a claim on PayPal with comment that he have never recievied his item. He recieved it. AND HE STILL HAVE IT. IT IS NOT RECOVERED. Is it my fault that account got hacked? Or get disabled? No, it's not my fault.

- I do not replace Banned/Disabled accounts, since there are so many reasons - I will take no responsibility once the account is no longer in my possession.

I have a lot of customers and all of them are satisfied. Why did i get banned because one guy reported me, even for not my own fault.

Anyways, i have sorted everything out with PayPal and they closed claim in my favor.

Hope we can sort things here @ sythe either.

You are responsible for the accounts you sell, that being said i'll look more into the vading side of this.

EDIT: Your IP's match. You're both involved in the Steam market, and you created your account shortly after randomz was banned.

EDIT2: Knowingly selling accounts that you feel the need to add a disclaimer that they may get banned / recovered, implies you do not care about your customers, only monetary gain, and it also implies these accounts are stolen.
