Well to be truly technical neither of your offers are really valid because I'm asking for a quote with guaranteed placement. Not anything depending on how you actually do, because how you do is your fault. If I wanted to buy a placement game package and then an additional boost there'd of been no point in making this thread; I would've simply looked for the cheapest placement match offering and the cheapest silver division boosting offering.
