[NA] D1 Offering extremely cheap boosting (with conditions)

[boost2pay4college]

Looking to stomp some games, and my smurfs have like 20 champions and no runes.
So, I'm offering cheap service in return for a decent environment to stomp in. Win win, right?

Price
Anything below G1: $10/division
G1 - P2: $20/division
I probably will not do P1 and above due to time efficiency

Conditions
YOU MUST MEET ALL CONDITIONS.
- No Duo Queue
- 70+ champions
- Standard rune pages completed (AD and AP; optional ASPD)
- No chat restriction
- No way-below-average MMR (I will be using op.gg to check)
- Don't log on before I complete boosting

Notes
- I am a student. I can guarantee 3-4 games a day, but don't expect me to do 2 divisions in a day
- I will ignore whispers
- I will look at your match history and decide where to place summoner spells
- I may change your rune pages; it is up to you to change them back when I'm done.

Keep in mind it's been a while since I boosted so I may be using different champions

Payment
- RP is preferred
- Paypal if not
