Moving up a single division costs 10$ regardless of what division. For multiple divisions, there is a discount.
1 division = 10$
2 divisions = 19$
3 divisions = 27$
4 divisions = 34$
5 divisions = 40$
6 divisions = 45$

Great question. I don't want to go too in depth on this though, because quite frankly it shouldn't matter much. Keep in mind I'm only boosting to silver 4, whereas my account is currently silver 1. I have a few gold/platinum friends that I usually play 1v1, and generally win. I also win my lane almost every game in silver (I would say 85-90%). Granted, winning 1v1 is different from 5v5. Also, this is my first account, which I stopped playing in order to level my other accounts. It was left at silver 4 which I was able to raise to silver 1 relatively quickly. Screenshot below.

All I said was "I'm a silver 2 player, whose skill is beyond that". Well right now I'm silver 1 with 8 ranked wins out of past 9 matches. I'm not being arrogant, or lying to get more service, I'm just being realistic.

I don't understand your motive is here? Are you considering service, advising others against it, or what exactly?

 

I just don't see why you are offering service for a tier/division you could barely get out of, which is probably why you have no business... : (

I have no trouble at all getting out of bronze. On my main I was never in bronze (was silver 5 when they switched the ranking system), my smurf started in silver after placements, and I got my friends bronze 3 to silver 5 with ease. I don't know what you are referring to.

I certainly wouldn't offer a service to anything I wouldn't be able to get easily, that would be a large waste of time for both the person I am boosting's time, and my own time.

Maybe I need to make another smurf hit 30, lose placements to get in bronze 5, and show how quickly/easy I can get it to silver until people want to try the service? I assumed having an account in Silver 1 was more than enough evidence, am I mistaken, or did you possibly misread something? I just don't know where your statement is coming from.

 

Personally i'd suggest getting to at least platinum before boosting. There are just people with literally 2x your LKS also boosting on these forums so it deters them from choosing you.

 

Yeah, I figured if I only offer bronze, but do it cheaper than most other services I would get some people that are interested. I suppose you are right though. Looks like I have to actually have to work on raising my account instead of doing smurfs. I'll probably try making a new thread once I'm gold 2+.
