N4N0 is no longer staff

No intentionally trying to stir up drama that I was never here for but N4N0 is a regular user now so why is he allowed to have partyhats in his donor status?

Custom Ranks
Custom ranks are fairly self explanatory. However, when I say custom ranks, I don't mean things like "Cracker Head" or "Highly Trusted".
With donations, a Custom Rank refers to a rank that only YOU have. An example is this:


Rank must say "$X Donor", you don't get to choose the title.
Middle icon must be the standard pile of gold, you choose the outer icons.
We do not allow partyhats (Admin status) or santa hats (Global & Sectional Mod status)
The images will be approved via the UserCenter

people who have at one point been staff get to retain their partyhat donor rank upon resignation

 

If this is the case then the rules need to be amended.
