Wae55 Scams 10M!

I purchased a 99 Thieving account on October 12th from Wae55, Which was later recovered. The trade was MM'd by Ilovela.

I Discovered the account was locked on October 14th, just two days after I purchased it and when I tried to recover the account I found out that someone else was in complete control of it and the email had been removed, The only information I had to do with the account was 3 previous passwords and the current one, So as you could've guessed I had no way of regaining access. I wouldn't trust this guy. He has attempted to prevent me creating this thread by offering me a refund but he hasn't replied to me for a number of days, and whenever I mention the refund he appears offline.

Most of the time you have PM'd/msg'd me I have been at school. I will refund as soon as possible. hopefully tomorrow I can get enough money to buy 10m. thanks for your patience. I'm really sorry that happened. I believe that it got locked because of too many logins in a short time span from different IPs.

He messaged me saying his mom and dad are filing divorce, probably a sad excuse... because he had to go like 2 minutes later. And it's really looking like this refund is never going to be made, so I've lost out on 10M... Great.

 

I do believe him, but he's going to be banned until he pays you. Feel free to PM me when he does/Wae please post a dispute when you've paid him and you can be unbanned.

I understand life can take priority, but just for fairness you can't have access to the forums until you've paid back Rocked.
