Why do you think they are ban evading:

Unsure if the same person or different

david85 was banned for not using a home IP here https://www.sythe.org/posts/25832966/ skype match candy_gamerluck

The skype matches posts by joseph20 and myrtle2017

playkiller is a banned user with the skype candy_gamerluck match here With 7 years history of Rs industry We assure you of our best services at all times

playkiller banned for skype match on known skype scammer list https://www.sythe.org/posts/12988730/ (https://www.sythe.org/posts/12944508/)

Also ban evaded multiple times here as skype matches clare_britney Claire Britney's dispute

So could be multiple people or just playkiller/clare_britney/gamercall/master-wugui making accounts again and again

They can both dispute via home IP. Also shame on that @Joseph20 guy for stealing @Superman's avatar.

EDIT: Changed both ban reasons as they are both banned off-site aswell on alot of websites.
