Also, even though i am still waiting on him to try recover i believe that he is lying to me, as the link he provided me saying that his account recovery was denied is fake: https://secure.runescape.com/m=accou...20540-46C35F2C (for username: beauty323)

Moreover this happened conveniently after i purchased 225m from user: ௵★♣[From $2.8/M]★♣★[300B+ handled]★♣★[500+ vouches♠|♠200$ donor]★♣★[PayPal♠WU♠PA]♣★

He can vouch that i did in fact purchase the gold. Furthermore, i had over 75m i'd made form bossing with my clan on the account.

So the accoutn had a collective worth of 300M. I have also provided this evidence to paypal to begin the dispute process.

Like i said i will start the charge back process, but i will be loosing 150usd to this 'pathogen' from the account wealth so i request his personal details so i can take it to the small claims court.

WHAT HE DID WAS: Sold me the account, recovered the accoutn about 2 days later, removed all the items/money (=180M RSGP), then he gave account back (in the hope i would put more money on), he told me he would refund me on the 31/10/14 ('when he was getting paid') but he did not. And then once he realized i wasn't putting anymore money on he recovered, also what he did so i couldn't dipsute the payment was, get me to think i got scammed so i would close the disputes on paypal, once i did that he knew i couldn't chargeback again so he would be able to recover the account without any problems.
