recently I paid for some Tithe to be done on a weekend of May 18th, and when monday came around I found a 2 day temp ban. Wasn't too upset about it, it was only a warning. Appealed, denied. I moved on not making a huge fuss about it, other than being assured "we dont bot on customers accounts"

Did a ticket for ZMI runecrafting, started on the 27th. By the morning of the 28th they DM'd me saying account was disabled and couldnt login.

submitted appeal, claiming account was hijacked. no avail. get upset with how this is being handled, and they offer me a refund for the ZMI rc but thats all.

doubt im getting any compensation for this, but not going to let someone else get screwed.

That is unfortunately and as we told you in your ticket, it is something out of our hands. As we recently just announced our new security update, I am happy to show you that your allegation of us botting on your account is false proved by the following pictures.

Let me know if you want more than this, but I don't think more of them change the fact that we indeed did not bot.

Unfortunately we can not really do anything about your account loss and Jagex not quashing your appeal. As much as we hate to say it we are sorry for your loss.

 

How does screenshots prove that it wasn't being botted @Dario? im not the most intelligent man when it comes to that stuff, but im sure it is feasible for a bot to run on runelite?

 

Well, I'm not a botting genius, in-fact I don't really understand anything about it. This is the only proof we can get you.

But at 60-69 you would get 55k/XP according to wiki (not fully accurate)
This is our booster's XP/h, I think we would expect better from a bot.



I don't know what else we could provide, or even if you need to provide us how you play the game.

 

so you're basically saying if i paid you for a delivery to my house, and you back your truck up and hit my car, you cant be blamed for it because you don't know how i drive my car??

It is not available to public and can't be added via plugin hub.

 

so i dont know if its a legit plugin.

also Dario i'm not saying you did anything wrong. but how can you 100% say your worker didnt?
he had my account the whole day. and banned next day.
and im sure a broken bot could get 27k exp an hour vs 55k.
another thing, why was he doign it on a world himself instead of the mass world? seems more bot-ish than anything

 

At this point, we're just assuming things. Jagex does ban people for doing services, sometimes for botting others for rwt. And we do have that in our tos, and you accepted it when you opened a ticket. This is like buying GP, sometimes you get caught, others don't.

And I'm pretty confident of our boosters playing legit, since we run hundreds of orders every day with no problems at all.

We also killed your hardcore, right? And we did a bunch of free services for you, when our ToS protect us in case of any dead. Yet...
We also refunded you 100% of the value of your wallet, when our ToS says 80%.

We're not the bad guys here, we did try to help you out till this point, but there's nothing else we can do. There are other clients that got caught as well buying services, we told them to recover the account by saying they were hacked, and they got the account back plus bans lifted and are still buying services. Not saying you did anything while on the account, but all these arguments don't lead us anywhere.

I'll wait for Sythe mods to take over now.

There's nothing on our ToS saying we only use Runelite. However, we also don't use any plugins that change how you interact with the game.

If you're worried about OpenOSRS, Bluelite and Steroids, don't be. As long, you don't use any plugins that change how you interact with the game, you're fine. Most of the high content PvM community uses these clients exclusively.

 

and yet a lot of these high content pvm community players are banned while someone trains ZMI runecrafting on their account.
why hide the fact that it wasnt runelite? doesn't bode well for your "theres no way my worker botted on your account"

 

Hey, not sure who DM’d you, but seeing as they named me in their post, insinuating dario and team uses my plugin and you screenshotted it to help backup your report, thought I would add my two cents…

1. slightly incorrect - you can build a custom client with your plugin built in and distribute the client with your plugin
2. The public client hider plugin does NOT hide the devtools icon, nor does it hide the external manager icon - easy way to spot a fake “runelite client. The paid version (my one and the one in the link you were sent ) does hide these, however, I can confirm that dario and his team (staff and workers) have NOT purchased the plugin from myself
3. Yes, I do own a servers where we sell automated plugins, helpers, custom plugins etc, and yes I did like your posts, just like I do with most scam reports because who doesn’t love a good ol’ scam report.

From personal experience, macro bans can happen if even though you haven’t been botting/clienting/ahking - my HCIM caught a macro ban whilst in for a service, and a quick appeal got it unbanned. This can also be confirmed just by browsing twitter and seeing people crying about false bans and being unbanned.


If you truly want closure, I would suggest tweeting jagex tyran and jagex twisted on twitter and asking them to look at your ban. They will either come back with the smackdown of, for example: ban is correct, user botted 2hrs of mining, or ban is incorrect, unbanned.
