Mygarage a scammer

Well, couple weeks ago I rented my miner to this guy for 1 hrs...he ended u spamming chat to try an get it banned. I didn't have his sythe name until now. he pmed me asking if I buy rs chars. I guess he forgot he scammed me? But I got him to pm heres all pics/chat logs.

 

Anything going to be done? If he isn't going to be banned atleast say that.

 

Only posting again because this has no answer and and my last post was 4 days ago...usally I can delete a post so im not 3x posting but it won't let me.
