    I'd recommend you focus on your upper chest and lateral delts. A strong upper chest will hide your clavicles and make your chest look even bigger, and since you don't have the broadest shoulders, good lateral delts will enhance your v-taper (you have a decent one already), and give you that broad look when wearing clothes.

    you have a far way to go trying hitting a bulk or if your just trying to get lean do cardio with a good diet.

    Your body is indeed getting more defined. One suggestion, I suggest you take your protein shake after your work outs. You can take one in the morning and then after workout if you prefer to do so but it's better taking it after workout than in the morning if you are planning on taking one drink per day. Keep it up!
