Are you just an online store? Do you have a physical shop? Anyway, as someone who doesn't have any piercings i got grossed out when i read "Ears/Cartilidge"
To promote it try facebook or twitter.

 

Forums that promote a similar thing, such as body modification forums or piercing/tattoo forums in general.

Posting it wherever you're allowed to post it, facebook and twitter are always nice.

Just my 2 cents, I used similar tactics to get over 300 thousand unique views a month on my flash movie/game site. You have to get your product known in any way possible.

It has support, I have a face boook with 200+ likes, aswell as quite a following from the fleamarkets I sell at. So far all my support is local atm.
