My Thread Got Locked

I don't agree that my thread got locked as I don't see any rule that I MUST use an MM or OMM.

You CLEARLY have not read the Sythe Official Rules. This would be considered attempting to scam. Not willing to use an OMM is never respected around Sythe, if you have not noticed the thousands of scammers, people just suspect you are one as well by NOT willing to use a OMM. Not to mention your ONLY vouch is banned... Seems shady, good job for locking his thread Probably save someone lots of money.

 

Have you read the rules? There currently isn't anything in the rules that states you must use an MM or OMM if the opportunity is offered.

This could be an illegitimate situation, but from a different point of view, a new user (outsider) really has no reason to trust anyone that he hasn't interacted with before.

If HamJam would have locked the thread until the items were verified, I would support his decision, but there is no reason to require someone to use a middleman when trading their goods.

Go read the rules yourself, it clearly says "Any suspicious behavior similar to scamming. Refusing to use an OMM for $1000's of trades is VERY suspicious, also the fact that his vouch is FAKE, his picture shows 1 Yellow Phat (Which is said to be sold) 3 Red phats (1 which is said to be sold) His list of items says 2Reds and 1Yellow... Although his fake vouch says he bought the yellow. Do not come at me thinking you are though I have been a moderator on several RS Black markets, and I know the Sythe rules like the back of my hand. HamJam did the right thing being the good moderator that he is. There is absolutely NO reason he would refuse to use any OMM/Admin/Moderator for ANY trade. It is suspicious enough that his FAKE voucher is banned, and his pictures/item list does not add up adequately, therefore his thread is closed for good reasoning.

 

If you are worried about me not having the items I always show the buyer in trade the item(s) I am selling them while they are doing the payment... Anyway don't worry. I won't use sythe

 

I am not worried, nor do I care. I am just explaining why your thread was locked. Good luck elsewhere and adios.
