My Sythe Account has been compromised

hi ive been on vacation recently and someone has been able to hack into my sythe account probably being my password was the same as a runescape account for 2007 i sold which has been reportedly recovered by me for security purposes to why i have been banned and if he is the person who got access to my account, and i also have no reason to why i would have been banned please help check ip logs if neccessary i need help with this seriously thank you.

if you were hacked you're still responsible for making amends if any amount was stolen.
