Sold to The Trader and hes complaing it doesnt have all the games even though I clearly sent him a picture of the account in the following chat log, he said and I quote:

And The Trader, Pre-Load means the computer has it but the Steam doesn't. It is your own fault I sold you exactly what you wanted.

EDIT: He did an unauthorized transaction please ban him he is trying to scam, he knew what he was buying.

 

I wanted all the games in the fucking picture, i've never used steam so how was i suppost to know what pre-load was? Just give me a refund, i'll give the steam account back.

If not, i'll claim & keep the steam account.

I have no more to say on this. You are the scammer. If you didn't know what Pre-Load meant then that is your own fault and you shoulve ashed and I would've been happy to explain it to you.

 

Dude you should have gone with giving the money back and him giving you the steam account back.
its an easy mistake and he will just chargeback...

 

he sent the money i said fine but he wouldnt cancel it only if i went frst and since hes obviously a scammer ill be fine with my disclaimer and chat logs
