How they try to scam: Selling 3 rare rsn's
Tries to sell the unavailable RSN "winner" which can't be added in game. This either means the RSN banned/deleted or bound to an account. In all cases he is claiming to sell something he can't do.

Also Today join date so obvious vader via VPN.

That's basically the conclusion.

If you can't add a name in game it will say "unable to add name - unknown player.". There is one simple reason and other more difficult reasons for this.

First: The name is simply not taken. Obviously this is not the case, because you can't change your name to "winner" or make a new account with that name.

The other reasons are:

The name itself is disallowed: Names like "cocksucker" or "asshole", "nigger" etc. cannot be taken because they are offensive and disallowed by Jagex. Certain phrases are filtered by Jagex.. e.g. you can't call yourself "Mod ..." in game.

The name was deleted: This happens to names that change owners A LOT. I assume this is the case with "winner". Jagex simply removed the ability to take the name, because it was heavily involved in RWT (my assumption). The name is impossible to take. Not because somebody else has it and the account with it is banned, but because Jagex restricted players from doing so.

The name is bound: Bound means the name is attached to one account. Nobody else beside one person can have that name. Typically pmods original names are bound. Names that change often can get bound. Names involved in RWT can get bound. A bound name cannot be free'd up again without the help of a Jmod. If a person has a bound name. They can still change their display name to something else and eventually the previous name symbol vanishes and you cannot add that name anymore. However, the name can still be taken by the one person whose account it was attached to.

It's a difficult matter tbh @Superfluous . Maybe @JoshuaG can explain this better if you aren't happy with my explanation. He's way more experienced than me. Bottom line, the name "winner" cannot be sold at this moment. The person who claims to sell it lies and tries to scam people. The fact that he joined today, claims to have 3 very rare names and gave an email address as only way to contact is super fishy as well.
