I was very hurt by what you said to me in my own thread. I never directed any offence towards you or your character, or even indirectly in my understanding. I don't know what led you to posting your message, but I can assure you that it must have been the result of a misunderstanding. I strive to make sure all those I interact with are satisfied in every sense of the word, and that is why I found your comment so personally hurtful.

Please get back to me and let me know whatever I can do to make this situation right again, because I honestly have no idea what may have caused it.

I've used this word only out of best regards to you and your family. It was being used 100% positive without any negativeness in mind. My sincerest apologies.
