    jagex does not ban when you achieve 123....
    if you spend mass amount of hours online * you know like 18 hours a day*
    and they see your levels spike up like no tomorrow they will maybe think your botting but
    other then that i don't think they would ban

    Off topic but my rank makes me seem like a bad person lol

    actually, my 123 was banned 3 days after i got 123, so yes they do ban most of the 123s.
