You seem to have misread the thread
I did not go first to this user obviously. So I would have to pay him for the amount.

But if he put my account in danger through the use of botting surely I shouldn't have to pay him anything as he violated the agreement we came to before the transaction took place.

In addition to the fact that there is reasonable suspicion that he botted the account (enough for the moderators of this forum to take action against his sythe account)

 

Driving home, will handle in 30.

Alright. Sorry about the mistake earlier.

I gave him a TWC as there's evidence that he MAY be botting, however there's not enough concrete evidence at this point. Had there been concrete evidence, I would have outright banned him for lying and putting peoples accounts at risk without the proper warning. Due to this fact, I would like to request that you pay him for the services rendered.

Apologies as I was on my mobile at work earlier and couldn't type this out. I hope with this post I can give you enough evidence to support the fact that I believe he was botting.


- User in question has access to a bot client and an agility specific bot:

He has confirmed he works on 3-4 orders at a time (rotating through orders)while taking on 7 orders simultaneously (while not impossible to work on 4 accounts at once Your XP/H would greatly dimish it):

He has refused to show screenshots of level up's with the client overlay as seen from the other scam report
(this is implying he is using a bot client and will not provide screenshots because of this)

His prices are well below the regular standard of what people charge the same amount for (I can provide screenshots of other quotes I received)

The timeframe he suggested he could complete the account in, while not impossible; Would be stupidly hard given he is " I work 3 on and 3-4 off. And rotate." Meaning if he didn't sleep all night, sure he could do it.

Another user had posted on my scam report saying that Voidonly completed his order then got him another 20% extra of agility xp. In which case, leaving a bot to do more work than you wanted is a hell of alot more likely then a skiller doing more work than necessary because he wanted to.



I absolutely understand that none of this is concrete evidence and I will respect if you ask me to pay him for services rendered. But given the overwhelming amount of evidence available it should be obvious he was botting.

 

You're right. I've banned him for putting people's accounts at risk via botting vs doing the services by hand as he was advertising. He can pardon for his actions following the return of any owed funds for incomplete services.
