I should just make str 80 and range also =) so 2h/range f2p pking very good

 

Good acc! I'd say 7/10 for your level, as a maxed tank you should get the following once done:
78 Atk:Vesta's and you hit through most def.
70 Strosent make you level with the attack at all(Could have 1 attack and str with the same level as with the ranged only)
99 Range:Self Explanatory :0
94 Mage:Veng
99 Hp:Should be at 99 range def and with the melee.
99Defuh
52OR70 pray: Dosen't matter too much, 52 for smite, 70 for piety
