My pure and Prayer

Well, I've come to another debate with my account. I want to know if I should get 43 prayer or not?

I currently have 15 prayer from Animal Magnetism and Priest in Peril. I'm fine with that since I'm going to do DT soon.

I want to get addy gloves soon and finish dt; 43 prayer would help tremendously. It would also help prevent people pjing me. It would allow me to get a fire cape in the future.

So, is it worth the cb levels?

 

If its a pure, i really wouldent suggest getting 43, not a lot of pures I know have 43. Most pures stop at either 13, or 31 i plan on stopping at 31.

 

get 52 if your ranging.

 

With the new system, smite is just for being a dick. It doesn't increase your loot, does it?

And I'm going to blitz maul.

If you're going to max out your combat stats in the future, get the prayer. 44>43 btw.

 

If you want to, go ahead. I think that the advantage that prayer gives is worth the combat lvls.

 

You don't need to raise it really, so why bother? prot item n stuff doesen't work anymore anyway, i'd say just leave it as it is untill you need to level it for a quest or something.

 

It's 3 cb levels.

 

my pure is 59cb and 75 range/mage and most other people at my cb are 80+mage and range so it does matter a lil bit

 

Still trying to decide. Any more opinions?

 

i would go with 52 prayer... then you could get a large amount of loot (only get prayer from quests though)

 

if u getting a maxed then u can get 52 pray if u getting like stats not 99 then get 31 pray thats my suggestion

 

I suppose I'm going to try 44 for now and then if that isn't good enough, I'll go to 52.

 

If you're going to be a high level pure then 44 prayer is VERY helpful.

 

Do you consider 65+ to be high level?
