My Next Sig

I don't know why but I think it's amazing...
Whatever is catchy is amazing to me, as it's the purpose of a signature.

 

Alot better than your previous, but still could use some work.

For starters, your text is alot better. A nicer, cleaner font and texture.

though others seem to like it, im not a fan of the messy background.

 

Nope.. this ain't gonna be the one.
Like alot of others have already suggested: completely none to nearly no flow is present.
The font looks dull, so does the texture.
Literally spammed brushes on top of it..
Overall: TOO MUCH HAPPENING.

You want to make it look soft and sweet, in the end, name signatures are advertisements, they should invite people, not scare them away.
I'd scrap the whole idea and start over, pick 3/4 colours and revolve around those, don't spam brushes like that again and stick to a nice piece.
Find a new, more solid font.. one that looks nice and proffesional, nothing too dull and nothing too extreme.
Make some lights that suit your needs, dont just throw something on there: stick to the 3/4 colour plan.
Don't use those huge brushes, they just swallow the whole idea of the signature.. they are way too big and way too bright, considering the main part of the sig is mainly dark.
Just.. redo it.. sorry to say..

Are you talking about the new one or the old one?
Lillie & Mrluckydraw are the only people who have commented on the new one

 

Both basically, the new one seems slightly better, but even small things such as a more stable color scheme will change it around in a positive way

 

So I have learned something. CnC is very useful to gain technical skills ans understanding but you're never going to please other artists with a piece unless you show them something in it that they don't know how to do. Do what you think is best for your personal taste and rock it like a boss.

 

So is that positive or negative feedback ?

 

It's positive, you just gotta keep at it and you will get better fast.

 

For the new one -

It looks better, the white smudges at the back still look as if they don't fit. They look as if they're a completely different quality (lower) than the rest of the piece, the hexagon type shapes on the sides are nice though, more of that style would be good.

 

I'm considering adding a hexagon grid to the BG but I'm debating whether it will look good or not. I kinda want to expand on a techy feel

 

If I don't get any more replies in the next few days I'll just go ahead and use the current version

The bottom one doesn't really work... Looks a bit funny like as in it doesn't work... All the text doesn't fit together, I like the top on to be honest.

 

I like it alot more than your previous idea. What font is that btw?

 

The font is Batman Forever Alternate. I've used it alot, but never in a sig until now
