My mule account is LOCKED?

I'm in a bit of a panic right now, was wondering if anyone with more wisdom than me can shed some light on how this could have happened.

I have about 8 accounts or so, and I have ONE mule that stores all my cash. Every day before I log off, I transfer all my cash to my mule. I am 100% sure NOBODY knows the email login of my mule account. I am 100% sure nobody probably even knows the username of my mule, except possibly 2-3 ingame friends who dont rwt.. (because when I sell gold I transfer cash from mule to another account and then to a 3rd account which uses a VPN).

This lock isnt the lock where I can reset the password. This account lock on my mule is making me submit an entire recovery process.... wtf is going on!?

Also I've thought about the possibility that I have a RAT and maybe somebody logged my keystrokes and is trying to log into my mule to steal my cash.. but ALL my other accounts are good, the ONLY account that is locked is my main mule. (So if somebody keylogged/RATed my computer, they'd try to log into all my accounts and therefore all my accounts would be locked not just my main mule.. my other level 80 had 50mil in inventory and its untouched).

more info:
-my main mule is a level 3 f2p with all 1 stats
-i NEVER go onto my main mule except to store cash and take out cash to sell
-ive NEVER logged into my main mule on any other computer or IP or any phishing links.. ive never even logged into runescape homepage with my mule since its a level 3 f2p account


Please if anyone can explain to me how this happened I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!

First off. Why would you keep all your money on one mule?
Second. Why would you use a f2p acc with lvl 1 in everything as your mule?
Thats just stupid. No wonder it got locked
You should have multiple mules, train them up a bit and play on them. Change every few months.

On topic: it is most likely just locked by jagex. Doubt it got hacked. Try to do an account recovery from your home IP, see if you can get it unlocked. Nothing else you can really do at this stage.

In the future you should still train your mules, keep them on different IPs and never trade between them.

 

A level 1 F2P account that is constantly being trading GP in larger amounts. 90% sure it was flagged as a gold seller.

 

the thing is I've never traded directly from my level 3 mule to any buyers.
I always trade from my level 3 --> level 40 --> level 20 with VPN --> gold buyer

so I would think my level 20 with VPN would be the target? since thats the account that sells to the buyers


also my lock doesn't mention anything related to a ban or anything. it says exactly "account locked as we suspect it has been stolen."

 

If acc is locked send a recovery. Acc locked means jagex suspects its hacked and locked for safety reasons.

 

yes thats what the lock says but I am just wondering how that is possible for it to be hacked?
I am 100% sure NOBODY can possibly know the login email because I do not use that email for anything else, not for any forums or anything.

And if somebody keylogged/RAT me, why is only my main mule locked? my other level 80 had 50mil in inventory and was completely untouched.. and no other accounts are locked or touched at all.

 

did you log from a vpn/vps ever? Location change might have locked it automatically.

 

have not logged into my mule on any vps/vpn/different ip or even any other computer... in fact, I never even logged into my mule onto osbuddy because I was scared osbuddy might one day get hacked somehow

i asked planbuk over skype and I think its quite possible my mule will be banned for RWT and that this lock is just jagex's way of looking into the account....
i guess its gg....

Seems like a jagex lock, probably sounds alarms when a lvl 3 with 32 total level that has never left lumbridge castle has surmounted millions of millions of gp

 

your account will be locked whenever jagex detects suspicous activity in this case you were storing all your money on a lvl 3 with all stats 1 on the other hand someone could've been trying to hijack your account whenever someone tries recovering the account it will get locked aswell.
