My locked account..

Hello everyone
I just want to ask something.. My main account is locked once again Someone had access to it, stole my 10m worth items and started spamming a lot about the rs3 or something. The account got permanently muted. Once i saw it, i headed to appeal an offence/ban and appealed the offences (someone else had access to my account).
of course, my account got locked - i am just going to unlock it... easy peasy.. I thought...
I tried like 8 times and they still say Declined...
I know all the info except for the Agreement number and other 2 numbers.
I do know all recovery question answers, first passwords, old bank pins, stats lvls that are not on highscores.. Why da hell they cant unlock my account?!!!

Got any tips for me? Can I still unlock it? what should I do? Please help

If you're on the same computer you made that acc with say check my ip adress and the ip adress "acc's name here" was made on. You will get it back if you're on the same computer you made that acc with because they keep ip tracks. Hope that helped.

Jagex is so stupid on locking accounts, wont give me any accounts back even if i have all the info, their on crack(i swear).

best way is just to e-mail jagex's support team. if you try to get your account unlocked by sending appeal it will be just deleted by a bot

hmm basically the guy who fked you over changed your pass 5 times and i cant bet you 1bill rs gp if you put the last 2 pass on the account and the first pas youll get your account back. my account was locked and i knew the recoverys and the first pass plus pin and i couldent get it back i got back by getting the guy fked me over to giving me the last 2 passes he put on the account

The swearing was my keylogger i think because i really didnt wrote that..
