I think that the government should pay to have the building restored, or cover what the insurance doesn't (if it's even insured). Because although the rioters may be directly responsible so is the government. The funding cuts caused it and/or helped fuel the whole process. The government didn't react fast enough and send in backup. Military forces and police should have been used to restore order quickly, it does not make a government seem week; It shows that it doesn't play around with these terrible acts. Even the Brazilian government used military forces and tanks to regain control in the slums of Rio de Janero.

What a horrible few days it was, for every innocent person. Their properties destroyed, businesses affected, you had people getting hurt/robbed and even fatalities.

I hope those responsible get some proper justified punishments.

 

I'm sorry to hear man..riots are never a good thing. Honestly the last couple years have been fueled with chaos I'm starting to think that the revelations are beginning LOL
