My Latest Car

Most of you probably saw my thread about the Honda Accord with the body kit. I decided to back out of that due to your posts about it.

Anyways, I saw this car the other day on Kijiji, so I bought it. The owner originally wanted $800 but lowered it to $500 after I took it to the shop and got estimates on repairs.



Anyways, it's a '97 Eagle Vision. It needs new brakes, and a new battery (a little under $200), then she'll be on the road. It came with new tires as well. I like the older style cars, and this one just looks awesome in my opinion. Plus with my new web development business I'm about to start up, I'll have tons of money to invest into it.

Looks bad ass! the colour suits the car really well too, if it was a brighter colour wouldn't look so cool. Don't see many cars like that where i'd from either.

Unless the whole braking system on the car needs to be replaced, $600 is a crazy high price?

 

Sorry, I forgot to correct that. It was $600 if we had Canadian Tire do it. We're going to do it ourselves so it's around $200-300. But yes, all of the brakes.

 

It's not terrible for the price you paid that's for sure.

 

Put the two front brakes on today, doing the two back ones tomorrow. It ran great once we put the new battery in too.
