My brother was a big scammer once on my IP, im sure u can check what is it and stuff but my brother lives now in finland and he wont be able to get access on this ip enymore.
So im asking if i can get this IP ban off,

PS! Im not gonna beg for un ip its just i got my runescape main for sale and tryed to register and i forgot my brother scammed alot or whatever he did and its not my business to.
